TNSA Shipping Consulting Pvt Ltd (hereinafter “TNSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides international shipping documentation and consulting services (including assistance with obtaining Electronic Cargo Tracking Notes and related certificates) through its website and platform. Definitions

Company: TNSA Shipping Consulting Pvt Ltd, its affiliates and assigns.

Customer/User: Any person or entity using our services.

Services: Consulting and processing services including ECTN, CTN, BESC, FERI, CNCA, BSC, ICTN, ENS and similar certificates.

ECTN: Electronic Cargo Tracking Note required for exports to many African countries.

CTN: Cargo Tracking Note required for imports.

Order: A request for a service.

Documentation: All required shipment records and certificates.

Service Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to use services only for lawful purposes.
• You must provide accurate shipment details.
• All documents must be submitted on time to avoid delays.
• You are responsible for account security.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of services is prohibited.

Orders and Payments

• Orders must include all required documents.
• Full payment is required before processing begins.
• We accept payments via approved methods.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment.
• Applicable taxes are your responsibility.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
• No refund after certificate issuance.
• Partial refunds may apply in rare cases.

User Responsibilities

• You must comply with all shipping regulations.
• Provide accurate documents.
• Submit information on time.
• Certificates are not transferable.

Limitation of Liability

TNSA is not responsible for indirect damages, penalties, or losses caused by non-compliance or delays beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to TNSA. You may not copy or distribute content without permission.

Termination

We may suspend services if terms are violated. Users may stop using services anytime, but charges remain applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies in Delhi courts.
